Part-Time Performance Coach

We’re looking for an energetic, certified Performance Coach to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys motivating others, and is confident leading small group sessions with a 6:1 client-to-trainer ratio.

Lead engaging small-group training sessions (maximum 6 clients per session)
Provide individualized coaching and form correction within a group setting
Create a positive, high-energy workout environment
Support clients in achieving their fitness goals safely and effectively
Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold company standards

Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification preferred
Proven experience instructing group or personal training sessions
Excellent communication and motivational skills
High energy, professional attitude, and passion for helping others
Bachelor's Degree preferred

10-20 hours per week, including some weekends (Saturday morning shifts)

Performance Coach Intern

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Performance Coach Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the fitness industry. This role provides exposure to multiple areas of the business, including coaching, program design, and digital engagement.
There is strong potential for a paid part-time position based on performance, initiative, and fit.

Assist with small group training sessions
Support speed and agility training programs
Help set up and break down training sessions
Engage with clients in a positive and professional manner
Assist with social media content creation and engagement (Instagram, etc.)
Support basic fitness program management and organization
Maintain cleanliness and organization of training space

Passion for fitness, sports performance, or health & wellness
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Interest in coaching, personal training, or athletic development
Basic knowledge of strength training or sports performance (preferred but not required)
Experience with social media platforms is a plus

1-on-1 Personal Trainer

We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants control over their schedule and the ability to build and manage their own book of business.
Trainers are primarily responsible for generating and maintaining their own client leads, with the freedom to train clients at times that fit their availability.

Conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions tailored to client goals
Build and maintain your own client base through outreach, networking, and referrals
Schedule sessions directly with clients based on your availability
Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain a professional and positive training environment

Paid a set hourly rate per completed session
Compensation applies when clients attend and complete scheduled sessions
