Jake Berg
DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE
With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jake Berg has dedicated his career to helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential. A former firefighter and EMT in the military, Jake brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to every training session—built on a foundation of resilience, teamwork, and purpose.
His experience spans high school strength and conditioning, team training, and private sector small-group coaching, where he’s developed athletes and adults alike through evidence-based, results-driven programming. As a former Director of a private training facility, Jake has led teams of coaches and cultivated training systems designed to deliver measurable performance and long-term development.
Above all, Jake is a proud husband and father of two girls, which fuels his passion for building stronger, healthier lives—both in and out of the gym.

Matt Steimling
HEAD PERFORMANCE COACH
With over eight years of experience in strength and conditioning, Matt has dedicated his career to helping teams, athletes, and individuals unlock their potential and achieve meaningful, long-term results. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, the NSCA-CSCS certification, and advanced credentialing as a Certified Speed and Agility Coach.
Throughout his career, Matt has had the privilege of coaching hundreds of athletes—from middle school and high school competitors to collegiate athletes and committed adult clients. His background includes high school strength and conditioning, private sector coaching, small- and large-group training, and personal training. Across every environment, he has focused on delivering results-driven programs that help people move better, feel stronger, and perform at a higher level.
As a former college athlete, Matt understands firsthand the demands of sport and the commitment required to continually improve. That experience shaped his passion for performance training and fuels his dedication to helping athletes move with purpose, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential.
Matt’s mission as a coach is simple: elevate performance, build resiliency, and make a meaningful impact on every individual he works with. He strives to create an environment where athletes and clients can challenge themselves, grow consistently, and walk away stronger—physically and mentally—every single day.

Max Leininger
PERFORMANCE COACH
Meet Max, a personal trainer passionate about optimizing human performance and helping clients move confidently in their everyday lives. As a kinesiology student with a strong interest in medicine, Max brings a solid scientific foundation—contributing to the redesign of the strength and conditioning course now taught at Penn State Berks. With a background in collegiate soccer and a love for golf, he blends strength and hypertrophy training with functional fitness to support long-term health and independence.
Max is both analytical and motivating, offering personalized guidance and clear instruction to help clients stay consistent and build lasting habits. When he’s not training, you can find him playing soccer, spending time with friends, or enjoying a peaceful round of golf. Max is dedicated to supporting every client with the knowledge and encouragement they need to transform their fitness journey.

Amanda Herr
PERFORMANCE COACH
Amanda is a former D1 softball player turned personal trainer. A 2018 Warwick High School graduate, she was a four-year varsity starter and earned multiple statewide honors before continuing her career at Saint Joseph’s University. As a four-year D1 starter, she developed a deep understanding of strength development, mobility, and injury prevention, earning recognition on both the Commissioners and SJU Athletic Director’s Honor Rolls.
Today, Amanda channels her athletic experience into helping others get stronger and more confident. She works as a strength and performance coach, specializing in functional strength, athletic conditioning, and long-term training progression. She also coaches at Keystone and serves as the pitching coach for Penn State Harrisburg, integrating strength mechanics into her work with athletes. In addition, she offers private training sessions through Arm Forces at Keystone.
With four years of coaching experience and a passion for supporting personal growth, Amanda is dedicated to guiding clients on their fitness and performance journeys.

Dani Cupo
PERFORMANCE COACH
Meet Dani, a personal trainer, she is passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and making you stronger for your everyday life! With her NASM, Orangetheory, and CFSC Level 2 (2023) certifications, Dani brings expertise and energy to every session. As the former Group Exercise Director at Alliance Fitness Center and Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness Wyomissing, she has built strong client relationships, and led dynamic classes with clear, motivating instruction. When Dani is not working you can find her playing recreational soccer, snowboarding, or spending time with her family! Dani is dedicated to guiding you with personalized support to transform your fitness journey.
